What does Fusion really mean?

Quite literally the process or result of joining two or more things together to form something new.

If you are here, you’re actively looking for a workout to suit your daily routine, Pilates interests you, but what can you really expect if you join my fusion classes? Perhaps the Fusion description is a bit vague?

I spend a lot of my week researching movements for my classes which are freshly written with each new week! I find moves that are challenging, building core strength and improving muscle tone. I practice them to make sure they are the right fit for our goals, I try different numbers of reps to see how hard we can push ourselves. Ensure that the moves suit the flow of the class and are varied to work all of our muscles.

My inspiration is drawn from many exercise techniques. Of course classic mat Pilates is a BIG inspiration, I also draw ideas from Yoga, Barre, ballet and anything else that catches my eye and can be enhanced to produce the most effective workout.
